本设备能自动、连续把Φ0.5mm-Φ3mm的金属圆丝压制成生产所需的各种规格扁丝、T型丝、三角形丝，是广泛用于制管、包扣、网带、卡簧、弹簧、发夹等行业的前道工序设备。

1.能自动连续压各种规格钢丝；
2.钢丝压完后，无丝自动报警停机;
3.自选速度120r/min;
4.主机功率4KW、5.5KW；
5.主电机采用变频器调速；
6.设有断丝报警、自动停机功能。
I.Summary
This machine can automatically and comtinuously press the round wires ofΦ0.5mm-Φ3mm into flat wire,T-shape wire and triangle wire of various specifications, making it ideal equipment applicable for the early stage prodution of hose making ,bag hanggers , web slings , cirlips ,springs and hair clips.
