该设备采用可编程控制器（PLC）控制系统，实现自动化流程生产。选用主
机配置三爪夹持工件旋转，焊枪固定模式，焊枪配置微型调整机构，可调节不同焊接角度，微调步进电机驱动焊枪升降、摆动；尾架顶紧焊件和可调滚动托架两种方式固定焊件。该设备可自动、手动以及半自动操作，具有焊缝宽度均匀一致，焊接美观；无气孔、未焊透、凹坑、烧穿、夹渣等焊接缺陷，焊接飞溅小；焊接抗拉强度可达到≥500Mpa。
Adoptiong programmable logic controller(PLC),this facility has realized automatic process production.The main machine is configured with three-jaw rotating work holding and fixed welding gun which is equipped with microadjustiong mechanism that can adjust different welding angles,do fine adjustment on the rising,falling and waving of stepping motor driven welding gun.It fixes the weldments by the tailstock pulling and adjustable bracket rolling. Can be operated automatically,manually,as well as semi-automatically.it has the advantages of balanced weld width and good welding appearance while no welding defects like air holes,incomplete penetration,pits,burnthrough or slag inclusion,and with small welding spatter.The welding extension strength reaches to ≥500Mpa.
