性能与特点 Functions and features
该设备采用可编程控制器（PLC）控制系统，实现自动化流程生产。焊接触摸屏可直接设定焊接转角、圈数、转速、焊枪摆幅层间提升高度等，可对各种油缸环缝的V型焊接缝法兰与缸体对接90度角破口焊接，其特点为工件旋转、焊枪架角度可调。主机架由液压系统控制提升至45度角，保证焊接溶池在水平状态下焊接（另配置工件自动预热装置、预热时间可设定）；尾架气压顶紧机可调，滚动托架有两种形式固定工件。该设备可自动、手动以及半自动操作，具有焊缝宽度均匀一致，焊接美观；无气孔、未焊透、凹坑、烧穿、夹渣等焊接缺陷，焊接飞溅小；焊接抗拉强度可达到≥500MPA

of welding gun can be adjustable.The mainframe is controlled by hydraulic system to rise to 45 drgree,ensuring that welding pool is level(equipped with work piece automatic pre-heater unit whose preheat time can be set).The work piece is fixed by the tailstock compressing and adjustable bracket rolling.Can be operated automatically,manually,as well as semi-automatically,it has the advantages of balanced weld width and good welding appearance while no welding defects like air holes,incomplete penetration,pits,burnthrough or slag inclusion,and with small welding spatter,The welding extension strength reaches to ≥500MPa.
